Engage the Future: Diversity Report

The 2020 diversity report, produced by EngageNWA and the Northwest Arkansas Council, documents the region’s diverse population growth over the last 10 years, provides comparative analysis with several peer regions and zooms in on the demographics of our regional school districts.


2018 – 2022 Regional Strategic Plan

Commissioned in 2017, this collaborative plan outlines intentional steps for regional partners to work together toward the common goal of maximizing inclusion of everyone in the community.


The IDEALS Institute

The IDEALS Institute, slated to open in Fall 2019, will provide diversity-and inclusion-related research, educational and training services, and outreach and engagement to entities across the state.


TRUE Northwest Arkansas

TRUE Northwest Arkansas is a three-year pilot initiative in Benton and Washington counties to Train, Report, Uplift, and Engage our community towards diversity, equity and inclusion.
